Scott B. Howell
Scott was born and raised in Oregon, with stops in Texas, California and Colorado. He graduated from Lakeview High School in 1990, and after graduation, attended Warner Pacific College in Portland, lettering in Basketball and Soccer. After his Sophomore year, Scott transferred to Concordia University and continued playing varsity basketball. He enjoys playing basketball, golfing and spending time with his family.
Scott graduated Cum Laude from Concordia in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration. He worked for Nike in Merchandising before attending law school at Gonzaga University. Scott transferred to Willamette University College of Law graduating in 1999. After passing the Oregon Bar in 1999, Scott worked for a firm in Salem, Oregon before opening his own office in 2001. While Scott’s primary focus is criminal defense, he represents all types of individuals and businesses in a variety of matters. He is licensed to practice in Oregon State Courts and in the District of Oregon.
